These are our business terms:
We currently exclude all commercial appliances from our work. We exclude any appliances installed in a bathroom or a wet room and also any fully gas operated appliances.
All callouts are free of any charge, with no condition of carrying out the work after inspection. All of our fixed prices carry no hidden costs and are on a no fix, no fee basis.
We accept the most common current payment methods which include cash (payed to your engineer), bank transfer (BACS), card payments including visa debit and mastercard, and also invoices via email with online payment options (for landlords only).
Following a repair carried out by ourselves, a 12 month warranty period is given (unless otherwise stated) which covers the repair carried out including any parts and labour.
If for any reason your needs to cancel or re-book your appointment for another time before your engineer arrives, we require at least 20 minutes notice. Sometimes we may need to alter your appointment due to conditions out of our control, we will try to do this with as much notice as possible by contacting you on the telephone provided at the time of booking or alternatively by the email provided.
